FORMAT
Participants will be required to answer 25 questions in 75 minutes .
There will be 20 multiple choice questions and 5 ‘fill in the blanks’ questions ( Answers will be whole numbers from 0 to 999)

SPECIAL REWARDS
High Distinction and Distinction award winners will have the opportunity to represent Malaysia in the second round of the competition. Registration for the second round is free. Also, top scorers are eligible to attend The International Mathematics Summer Camp(IMSC) and International Mathematics Competition (IMC). The meals and accommodations will be sponsored by IMAS Executive Council.

The Photon Science Competition (PhSC) encourage students to develop their scientific skills. It also provides opportunities for them to compete, preparing them for National and International Science Olympiads.

What is FMC? A unique international math competition that combines a final exam with fun camp activities. It's designed to help students develop their math skills in exciting ways beyond traditional competitions.
Who Can Join:
Students who won Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals in their country's qualifying rounds.

What is Global Peak Challenge?
The Global Peak Challenge is the final competition of the International Hope Cup Mathematics Invitational, which is a team-based event. The most outstanding students from around the world join forces to compete. We aim not only to recognize students' efforts in mathematics, but also to encourage teamwork and collaboration among them.

Students who won Gold , Silver, Bronze Medals in their country's qualifying rounds.

Rules
Grouping
Teams are formed according to grade or age, with six members per team. Younger students may participate in higher-level competitions, but older students may not participate in lower-level competitions. The following are the grouping requirements.
IHC4 (grades 3-4 or U10)
IHC6 (grades 5-6 or U12)
IHC8 (grades 7-8 or U14)
IHCA (grades 9-12 or U18)
Competition rules:
The Global Peak Challenge consists of three rounds: Individual Thinking, Team Speed, Team Thinking.
Individual Thinking Round
10 questions, 10 points each, a total of 100 points.
Time limit: 30 minutes.
Discussion is not allowed. Each contestant answers the questions independantly and submits an answer sheet.
Team Speed Rounds
12 questions, divided into two rounds, 6 questions per round, 10 points each, a total of 120 points.
Time limit: 10 minutes per round, 20 minutes in total for 2 rounds.
Discussion is allowed. Each team answers the questions together and submits one answer sheet.
Team Thinking Round
10 questions, 10 points each, a total of 100 points.
Time limit: 45 minutes.
Discussion is allowed. Each team answers the questions together and submits one answer sheet.
