PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (PDPA) AGREEMENT

This Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between E Mathematics Olympiad System ("the Company") and the individual registering with the school/tuition centre/individual (the "Registrant") for the purpose of using the Company's services, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that all registration information provided to E Mathematics Olympiad System is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of 2010.
• E Mathematics Olympiad System may use the Registrant's data for marketing purposes.
• The Registrant acknowledges that there will be no refund nor transfer of fees paid if they fail to attend the competition.
• E Mathematics Olympiad System is not liable for any refund due to postage failure.
• The Registrant agrees that once payment has been made, there will be no refund or cancellation.
• E Mathematics Olympiad System takes responsibility for any issues related to the Registrant's registration with the Company's services.

By registering with E Mathematics Olympiad System, the Registrant hereby agrees to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
