August 3 (Sunday)

• Airport pickup upon arrival in Hong Kong
• Welcome dinner
• Check-in at a 4-star hotel (twin room – two participants per room)

August 4 (Monday)

• Breakfast at hotel
• Private transfer to Asia Television Limited (ATV)
• Opening Ceremony
• Individual & Team Competitions
• Lunch
• Half-day tour of Ocean Park Hong Kong
• Dinner
• Return to hotel

August 5 (Tuesday)

• Breakfast and hotel check-out (luggage storage provided)
• Private transfer to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal
• Awards Ceremony
• Farewell Lunch
• Pick up luggage from hotel and transfer to airport for departure

💰 Fee: RM 2,350 per participant

RM 1,980 per parent

(Includes accommodation, local transport, meals, park entrance, and all conference activities)

✈️ If you need to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please inform us in advance so we can help adjust the arrangements accordingly.

All fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed. In the event that any participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the full amount paid will be forfeited and may not be refunded, deferred, or applied to any other purpose.

• 【香港海洋公园】半日游
• 晚餐
• 返回酒店休息

8月5日（星期二）

• 早餐后退房，行李寄存
• 专车前往【启德邮轮码头】，参加颁奖典礼
• 午宴
• 返回酒店取行李，送往机场

💰 费用：参塞者：每位马币 RM2350

家长：每位马币 RM 1980

（含住宿、交通、门票、餐饮、比赛及活动费用）

📌 若需提前抵达或延后返程，请提前告知，以便我们协助安排行程调整。

所有已缴付的费用不可转让，亦不予退还。若因任何原因导致参赛者或参与者无法出席活动，相关费用将全数作废，不得要求退还或转用作其他用途。
